不知何時愛上紅酒，喧囂的城市繁華落 幕，霓裳閃爍在夜的沉寂中。留戀於酒吧的琥珀色的燈光下，欣賞著悠揚而彷彿永遠不會停歇的音樂，品一杯葡萄果味發酵後陳釀的醇香。
Don’t know when I fall in love with red wine, as the hustle and bustle of busy city come to close, neon flickering at night in silence. Lingering in the bars of amber light, enjoying seem never resting melodious music, I savor a glass of mature mellow made from the fruity grape leavening.
一般比較喜歡那種經幾道工序壓榨的紅酒，那樣的紅酒含單寧較多味更厚重。 “一串葡萄是美麗，靜止與純潔的，但它只是水果而已；一但壓榨後，它就變成了一種動物，因為它變成酒以後，就有了動物的生命。
Usually I enjoy the kind of red wine sieved through several processes, that comes with more tannins and thicker flavors. "A bunch of grapes are beautiful, still and pure, but it is a fruit merely; after being squeezed, it turns into a kind of animal, as after it has become wine, it has animal's beingness in it."
人 生一輩子難得幾回品到上等珍貴的“羅曼尼·康蒂”(La Romanee Conti)，就如遇到一段唯美的愛情，可遇而不可求，葡萄果味的酸甜釀成紅酒的酸楚青澀，亦如愛情在某個夜的落幕隨之來臨。
Rarely a few times in life I have tasted the exquisite precious "Romanee ‧Visconti" (La Romanee Conti), as receiving a beautiful love, which can only be given not through wishes, that fruity sweet and sour grapes brewed into red sorrow and bitterness, like love comes just when the night curtain falls.

Obsessed in bars each night, only for that tipsiness with sorrow of loneliness, my feelings are filled with the same red bitterness. With Bach and Schubert's Serenade notes dancing with ear drums, I order Hautbrion with every visit, looking at the goblet in holding with fullness of red wine, its color, red anxiety, red depression, and appealing red grim, enjoying seeing her like this melancholy dignified, silently sitting at the corner with eyes unfocused showing only indifference.
