DM 165 方杯机介绍

 

DM 165 box is an automatic machine for offset printing with up to 6 colors on rectangular or square boxers and consists of the following basic units:

DM 165 方杯机是苛式自动印刷机，能在长方形或正方形的方杯上印刷最多6色的图案。由以下基本单元组成：

Roller batteries fig 10, these print by means of the ink fountain, the conveyor rollers, brayers ,inkers, printing plate holder and central roller bearing the rubber stamp.

辊筒组件，由墨斗、传动辊、传墨辊、墨辊、印版辊筒、橡皮辊共同完成印刷动作。

Aligning plate turret, fig 4, sets the boxes on the mandrels to the printing position and then to the unloading position.

杯套转塔，将芯轴上的方杯定位到印刷位置，然后到送杯位置。

Base, supports the machine components and houses part of the pneumatic and electric equipment.

基座，支撑机器的部件，为气动和电器设备提供支撑。

Drive unit, with motor, pulleys, universal couplings able to drive the machine units.

驱动单元，包含电机，皮带轮，和通用配件，共同驱动机器转动。

Reduction gear, rod, geared reduction unit able to transmit drive from the main motor to the roller batteries where there is a gearbox which presets the machine for work with 1 or 2 lappets.

减速齿轮，连接杆，齿轮减速单元能够传递从主电机到辊筒组件的驱动，在这里有一个齿轮箱是用来设定机器是1块橡皮布还是2块橡皮布工作。

Loader, mechanical components which automatically load the containers on to the aligning plate mandrels.

送杯装置，自动送杯到杯套芯轴。

Counterpoint, holds the container on to the mandrel during the printing phase by means of a cam controlled end plate.

支撑点，在印刷过程中，通过凸轮控制将容器输送到芯轴。

Unloader, group of mechanical parts able to remove the container from the mandrel and convey it to the stacker.

送杯装置，将已印刷的容器传送到理杯装置的机械零件组。

Surface treatment of the electrode type. Includes units which, by means of an electrode, allow the surface of container to retain the printing ink.

采用电极进行表面处理，使得容器表面能够吸收油墨。

Push button panel, contains the main control and indicating devices used by the operator to work the machine.

控制面板，包含主要控制按钮和操作者操作设备使用的指示装置。

Main electrical panel, contains the electrical power and monitoring components for correct machine operation.

电源面板，包含电源和正确操作设备的监视组件。

Pneumatic system, consisting of valves, solenoid valves, cylinders etc., connected together in a single circuit.

气动系统，包含阀门，螺线阀门，气缸等，连接在一起形成一个独立的回路。

Optic centering device, although this is not rigidly fixed to the machine, it must be considered an integral part since without is, machine use and practicality would be seriously jeopardized.

光学对中装置，尽管没有严格要求安装在机器上，但它是设备的必需组成部件。没有它，机器的用途和使用性就会大打折扣。

It is an essential instrument because it “centers” the printing plates on their respective rollers.
